SPRING SCHEDULE 

FEBRUARY 1ST - MAY 31ST

 
Program designed by Dan Jameson Certified Strength, Conditioning and Nutrition Specialist. He currently has 15 players he trains in the NFL. Along with the NFL he has trained professionals in the NBA, MLB and MLS. Dan is the current Strength & Nutrition Director for Octagon Sports Agencys' Football Division.
 
 
SYNDICATE SPORTS PERFORMANCE 
 
 
SPEED SCHOOL - This program is based on maximizing straight line and multidirectional speed in athletes. It is a full speed program used to correct common errors that inhibit speed, improve strength and power, correct mobility issues and improve reaction times. 
 
EXPLOSION - A mix of strength training & plyometrics that enhance fast twitch development.
This class is set up to be a fast paced with importance on technique of movements. Getting kids to move with burst and to get a improvement in the CNS system. Class is also designed to have athletes move with purpose.

Costs:
$20 Drop In - Attend any class you want. $20 Due day of class.
$125 Per Month - Attend as many classes as you'd like each month.

  • All Winter MPH+ players are automatically into Tuesday & Wednesday Sessions.
